Description

Sliced baguette with chèvre goat cheese and green apple with freshly cracked pepper, arugula, and a drizzle of honey.  Pairs best with a chilled Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc.


Ingredients

Scale
  • French baguette
  • 1 Green apple
  • Chèvre goat cheese
  • Arugula
  • Black Pepper
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice baguette and green apple.
  2. Smear chèvre on each slice of baguette.
  3. Add an option leaf of arugula.  Top with green apple.
  4. Finalize with freshly cracked pepper and a drizzle of honey.

Optional wine service:

  1. Serve Sancerre (or other Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc) chilled between 37-43°F.
